What Clearwater Beach does to a window
On the beach the wind comes straight across the Gulf and the salt it carries is on the glass within a day or two. Give it a season and it becomes a white haze that no spray bottle will touch, and on west-facing glass that bakes every afternoon it starts to etch. Sliders facing the water on Mandalay Avenue and the north beach take the worst of it.
Island Estates is a different mix. The canal homes get salt off Clearwater Harbor, mineral spots from the sprinklers, and the fine sand that the summer storms throw against everything below the window sills. On Sand Key the building may wash the outside of a tower a couple of times a year, but the inside glass, the tracks and the balcony sliders are yours.

How much does window cleaning cost in Clearwater Beach?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Clearwater Beach?
Every two months for anything facing the Gulf, and quarterly for the canal homes on Island Estates. Gulf-front sliders often need a monthly exterior wipe in the windy months from November to April. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. We work in Carlouel, Island Estates, and the Sand Key and Clearwater Point condo buildings with their own access desks. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
